AM consists of a perfect blend of micronutrients scientifically formulated to kick start your body and support optimal bone, joint, and cardiovascular health. Its exceptional high-quality ingredients are backed by Clinical Studies. Below are some of the unique benefits of these ingredients.

Bonolive®

  • BONE HEALTH BENEFITS Bonolive® is clinically proven to improve bone health in postmenopausal women. A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study proved that Bonolive® has significant effects on bone-building cells (osteoblasts) and bone mineral density. In this study, a 32% increase in osteocalcin levels (μg/L) was observed over 12 months. This finding was statistically significant, and it indicated that there was an increase in osteoblast activity (bone formation). Furthermore, DEXA scans showed that women taking Bonolive® displayed protection of bone mineral density at the lumbar spine and a higher gain of bone mineral density at the femoral neck compared to those taking a placebo.
  • JOINT FUNCTIONALITY A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial that was conducted in collaboration with Nestlé health science showed a significant (46%) decrease in knee pain after 6 months based on the KOOS (Knee injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score) as well as a significant change in knee discomfort while walking based on a VAS score (high pain group).
  • POST-MENOPAUSAL SYMPTOM RELIEF In this consumer study, we investigated the effect of Bonolive® on self-assessed post-menopause symptoms in healthy post- menopausal women. Self-assessed post-menopausal symptoms scores improved significantly after 14 days and after 28 days Bonolive® supplementation compared to baseline.

MicrobiomeX®

  • GUT MICROBIOME MODULATION Clinical research has shown that daily consumption of 500mg of MicrobiomeX® beneficially modulates the gut microbiota. The growth of specific bacterial groups, namely Clostridium cluster XIVa is promoted and particularlythe species belonging to the genus Roseburia spp, which are well-known for their butyrate-producing property and many beneficial health effects
  • SHORT-CHAIN FATTY ACID After 12 weeks of 500mg MicrobiomeX consumption, a significant increase in the butyrate proportion of the total SCFA was observed. Furthermore, the butyrate over acetate ratio significantly increased in the MicrobiomeX group compared to the placebo group. Butyrate has health-promoting effects such as positively affecting gut barrier function and lowering gut inflammation.
  • GUT INFLAMMATION & IMMUNE HEALTH After 12 weeks of daily supplementation with 500mg of MicrobiomeX®, a strong reduction in faecal calprotectin was shown compared to the placebo group. Calprotectin is an important biomarker of gut inflammation, and its reduction suggests a decrease in pathogen load in the gut.

VitaCholine is considered superior to other forms of choline for several reasons:

  • Purity and Safety: VitaCholine is produced through a stringent process that ensures its purity and safety. It is free from contaminants and unwanted additives. It is made using only natural L(+) tartaric acid.
  • Enhanced Bioavailability: VitaCholine is highly bioavailable, meaning it is easily absorbed and utilized by the body. This ensures that more of the nutrient reaches the cells where it is needed.
  • Stability: VitaCholine is stable and maintains its efficacy over time, making it a reliable source of choline.
  • Research-Backed: Numerous studies support the efficacy and benefits of VitaCholine, providing a solid scientific basis for its use.

K2VITAL™ is patented, typically 99.7% all-trans K2 MK-7. Identical to the K2 molecule found in nature and fully bioactive. Vitamin K2 all-trans MK-7 is the biologically active form of vitamin K2, a fat-soluble vital vitamin that supports calcium metabolism. Vitamin K2 activates vitamin K-dependent proteins which help move calcium to where it needs to be in the body, supporting bone and heart. It’s responsible for activating Vitamin K-dependent proteins, helping deposit calcium into the bone.
