As founding CEO and Chairman of Juvent, he brought back to market the Juvent revolutionary resonant micro-impact platform with clinically demonstrated results—including an 11% improvement in tibial bone mineral density within one year, validated through multiple clinical trials, including research from St. Jude Hospital for Children. The technology is now trusted by thousands of clinicians, athletes, and seniors worldwide.
His healthcare innovation extends across multiple ventures. He founded Noujour, LLC, one of the early regenerative medical clinics, where he pioneered Wholenomics—a groundbreaking diagnostic and treatment methodology. As Founding CEO of Cytonics Corporation, a proteomics discovery startup, he led a national team of scientists from Stanford University, the University of Pittsburgh, and the Scripps Institute to identify a novel protein complex linked to joint and back pain, ultimately leading to a 20% acquisition by Synthes/J&J valued at over $20 million and a drug candidate now in FDA Phase 2 trials.
Earlier in his career, he founded a spinal and neurosurgical implant distributorship that grew to over $25 million in sales before acquisition by Medtronic. His hands-on expertise includes participation in over 1,000 spinal and neurosurgical implant procedures and instruction in cadaver and image-guided surgery training. He holds three US patents for the first posterior-lateral artificial spinal disc (Patents 6572653, 7052515, 7485134).
Beyond healthcare, he served as Co-Founding General Partner with Ken Griffin of Citadel at G&S Capital, a successful convertible hedge fund group. His education includes a BBA in Entrepreneurial Studies and Finance from Florida Atlantic University, graduate studies at Florida State University, and advanced management development from Harvard's Kennedy School.

A visionary innovator, they invented Medtronic's patented spinal implant system, TSRH-3D, which has achieved remarkable global success with over $1 billion in sales across more than 30 countries. Their intellectual contributions are reflected in 5 issued medical implant patents, with 7 additional applications currently pending.
Beyond innovation, they have established themselves as a recognized sales leader, featured prominently in Medtronic's global sales training videos and curriculum. Their expertise extends to worldwide sales training and motivational speaking, where they have inspired teams across the medical device industry.
