Long story short: For the last two years I have been having problems with my feet due to diabetes, hospitalized four times in two years, right big toe amputated, necrotic tissue excised from my heel, a non-healing wound in my left foot, a fractured bone in my right foot that would not heal.
Scored a Juvent machine and also got my own 10 lpm oxygen concentrator.
The bone fracture on my right foot remained fractured for about four months and I had a pressure wound on the bottom of my left foot for six months.
I have been seeing a Podiatrist for two years.
Less than a month after I got the Juvent both the fracture and the wound were healed. Did the Juvent 2x a day every day.
Then got a puncture wound in my right heel and it got infected, ended up in the hospital twice on Dilaudid. Went thru hell for almost four months. Had surgery. Problem after problem. But when I was well enough to stand on the Juvent w crutches, it is very close to healing after getting back in the machine in only two weeks.
So, doing the Juvent and O2, oral Chelex, Bio ID Thyroid, got your diabetes books off Amazon. I was off the Prednisone for almost four months after the foot puncture because of the possibility of needing surgery.
Had to get back on Prednisone 5mg because I literally felt like I was gonna die. (Just like back in 2010 when I came to you because I was wiped out and unable to get out of bed for 20 hours a day and you put me on the Cortisol supplements.) Oddly enough, my heel began to heal when I got back on the Prednisone and restarted the Juvent.
(I am fully aware of the problems with Prednisone and wound issues.)
