Currently the Juvent 1000 is available in Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, where governments have approved it as a safe and effective treatment for osteoporosis. In the US, the Juvent device is under FDA consideration for treatment of osteoporosis and improvement/maintenance of bone mineral density. Gaining US Food and Drug Administration approval to sell the Juvent 1000 as an osteoporosis treatment calls for a much lengthier process than other governments and the required clinical trials are underway.

In the U.S., the Juvent 1000 device is considered investigational for the treatment of osteoporosis or improvement/maintenance of bone mineral density (BMD).
